Returns & Exchanges

At Christianity Today, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel as you share your faith with the world. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your garment is tracked safely back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping mailer and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
